Course Introduction:

This course is designed to give delegates a broad understanding of the ‘Management of Portfolios’ (MoP™) philosophy and guidance. The training course is aimed at giving delegates an understanding of the philosophy behind the MoP™ method and is aimed at preparing delegates for the official MoP™ Foundation exam.

Course Description:

The following modules will be delivered:

• Overview of Method
• Implement MoP™, Sustain & Measure
• Strategic & Organizational Context
• Portfolio Management Principles
• Portfolio Definition cycle
• Portfolio Delivery cycle
• Roles & Documentation

At the end of the course delegates can take the official MoP™ Foundation exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.

Course activities:

• 2-3 hours of evening work is required in order to take the exam
• Classroom lecturing.
• Individual and group assignments.
• Exam preparation session

• Exam has 50 questions, alocated time 60 min, 25 correct answers (50%) to pass
