Course Introduction:

The PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner course is designed to cover the PRINCE2 2009 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner syllabi, and to prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 exams.

At the end of the 3-rd day of course delegates can take the official PRINCE2® Foundation exam. If in a later stage delegates want to take the official PRINCE2® Practitioner exam they will have to have passed for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam. At the end of the last day of course delegates can take the official PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.

None

Preparation in advance:

It is recommended that students should complete at least 21 hours of personal study by reviewing the syllabus and the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® manual in advance of attending training for the certification.

  • Pre-course work might be required; during course, 2-3 hours of evening work is required in order to take the exam
  • Classroom lecturing.
  • Individual and group assignments.
