Course Introduction:
ITIL 4 is an evolution from ITIL v3, providing a practical and flexible transition that allows organizations to adopt the new ways of working required by the modern digital world. This update on ITIL reflects the fast-paced and complex environment we live in, and new ways of working and emerging practices. All of which are essential not only for ITSM professionals, but also for a wider range of professionals working in the world of digital transformation. The purpose of ITIL 4 is to provide organizations and professionals with comprehensive guidance for managing information technology in a modern service economy.
Course Description:
The ITIL® Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) course is one of four courses required to achieve ITIL 4’s Managing Professional (MP) designation.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to gain a firm grasp of the various types of interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers, and partners.
The core concept behind DSV is to provide an understanding of how to convert demand into value through IT-enabled services. The course covers key topics like service level-agreement design, multi-supplier management, relationship management, customer and user experience design, customer journey mapping, and more. Individuals can expect to walk away with the tools required to drive user engagement and boost internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.

- managers of all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team
- existing ITIL qualification holders wishing to develop their knowledge.
Prerequisites:
ITIL® 4 Foundation (not ITIL® ver 3)
