Course Introduction:
The PRINCE2® Practitioner course is designed to cover the PRINCE2 Practitioner last edition syllabi, and to prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 exams.

- Practitioner exam question practice
At the end of the last day of course delegates can take the official PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.

- Senior managers recently appointed to project roles

- Quality Assurance Staff
- Everyone else who is somehow involved in participating or running one or more projects
Prerequisites:
PRINCE2® Foundation certificate (only ed 7 and ed 6 are acceptable) or PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate (only ed 7 and ed 6 are acceptable)
Preparation in advance:
It is recommended that students should complete at least 21 hours of personal study by reviewing the syllabus and the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® manual in advance of attending training for the certification.
Course activities:
- Pre-course work might be required; during course, 2-3 hours of evening work is required in order to take the exam
