ITAcademy a fost certificata ca Organizatie Acreditata de Training (ATO) pentru ISO/IEC20000 de catre APMG-UK si va incepe sa ofere cursuri de ISO/IEC20000 Foundation, Practitioner, Auditor.

ISO/IEC20000 este primul standard global ce tinteste in mod specific managementul serviciilor IT. Standardul descrie un set de procese de management pentru livrarea efectiva a serviciilor catre organizatia de business sau clientilor sai. ISO/IEC20000 este aliniat si complementar cu abordarea pe procese din ITIL® de la Cabinet Office.

ISO/IEC20000 consta in doua parti:

  • ISO/IEC20000-1:2011 este specificarea formala si defineste cerintele pentru o organizatie sa livreze servicii de o calitate acceptabila pentru clientii sai.
  • ISO/IEC20000-2:2012 este Codul de Practici si descrie bune practici pentru Managementul Serviciilor din scopul ISO/IEC20000-1. Codul de practica va fi de utilizat in mod particular de organizatii in pregatirea de auditare versus ISO/IEC20000 sau in planificarea de imbunatatiri ale serviciilor

Schema de certificare in Managementul Serviciilor IT ISO/IEC20000 a fost creata initial de catreAPMG ISO logo itSMF si este detinuta si operata acum de catre APM Group LTD. Organizatii care cauta recunoasterea calitatii proceselor lor de IT versus standardul ISO/IEC20000 pot atinge certificarea lor organizationala prin aceasta schema.

APMG-International detin si opereaza schema de calificare, gestionata formal in trecut de catre itSMF. Persoane individuale pot sa-si demonstreze expertiza lor in intelegerea aplicarii standardului prin urmarea unui curs de training si examen la nivel de Foundation sau Practitioner. Exista, deasemeni, si o calificare de Auditor. Toate aceste 3 examene ofera credite in atingerea calificarii de ITIL® Expert
